I have been involved in youth ministry for about 12 years. I just realized that I haven’t really blogged about it very much. Besides being a Christ follower, wife to my amazing husband and mom to my way too cute kids – it is what I love the most. I have to say that right now at Cornerstone we have a group of teenagers that have as much potential as any group I have ever worked with. God is doing something incredible at Cornerstone and I am so blessed and humbled to be a part of it. We headed to Charlotte this past weekend to the Planet Wisdom Conference with 24 teens and had a blast. As always the conference was just what our students needed. Great teaching from Mark about heroes throughout the Bible, awesome worship times (Dutton was the best band PW has had in a couple of years), and hilariousness from the Skit Guys.
